Usage Agreement

I give permission for this digital image to be used by teachers and students in print, multimedia, and video productions for a variety of purposes. These include: contests, intra/internet web, print and video publications, and fund raising activities for the express purpose of improving student educational opportunities. The image may not be sold to 43rdstate.com as an image collection or partial image collection. The intended use of this digital image is to give students and teachers images to work with that are free of copyright cost for productions that will further the students' learning. The original photographer retains the copyright of this image and has graciously allowed its use in this collection.
